Barton Bees had a fantastic time this evening at Purewell electrics cookery theatre with chef Ian Hewitt showing us healthy eating at christmas party buffet food including smoked mackerel pate, thai green chicken skewers, sweet potato & spinach tortilla frittata, tomato & pomegranate salad, crudites & tortilla chips with houmus and greek dip. We got to taste all the delicious food and bring the recipe sheets home. Trisha was our willing volunteer helping Ian with preparation.
