Farewell to Purewell Cookery Theatre. We had a fantastic evening on 12th September 2019
at our `Fish Cookery demonstration` with thanks to Chef Ian Hewitt. Unfortunately our last one as the Cookery theatre is now closed. Ian prepared Spiced Monkfish, Roast Hake with Potato & Chorizo Broth & Garlic Crumb along with Fish Burgers which we all got to taste and then take home our recipe sheets.
